Absolutely! If you do not have insurance, we will treat you as a self-pay patient. Call our office for more information on self-pay rates!

We accept almost all major insurances, including but not limited to: Tricare, BCBS, Worker's Compensation, Medicare, United Health Care, and VA related insurances. If you have any questions or concerns regarding what insurances are accepted, we will be happy to fill you in!

Including aquatic therapy in your treatment is 100% optional. Any concerns or discomfort regarding the treatment your therapist plans can be discussed during the initial evaluation. Our therapists are here to tailor to your needs and body, and are happy to accommodate you however possible.

Knowing how to swim is not a requirement for aquatic therapy. Our pool is designed with different levels depending on the patient's height and swimming ability, with our most shallow level standing at 3.5 feet. You are also under direct supervision by our trained staff, and we provide flotation devices if needed.

No forms are required prior to your first visit. Simply call our office with your referral or prescription information, if applicable. A referral or prescription is not required to receive treatment; however, most insurance plans do require one for coverage.

Initial evaluations typically take 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your individual needs. Treatment is provided the same day as your evaluation, so you can begin working toward your goals right away.

Each plan of care is individualized based on the patient’s needs and availability. Most patients typically attend therapy 1–3 times per week.
